Code of Conduct
All attendees, players and GMs must abide by our Code of Conduct, and Sabby’s Safe Space Policy. Dungeon Con is about building a community.
We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming space for all. Everyone who shares our values is welcome at Dungeon Con, regardless of who they are or where they might come from.
Harassment, discrimination, or any unwelcome behaviour will not be tolerated. All attendees will respect the property, rights and personal space of others.
All attendees agree to welcome, look out for and stand up for others, even when they may struggle to find a voice to speak for themselves.
When playing games, attendees commit to giving everyone an equal share in the spotlight, include others and speak out against exclusion or bullying.
Dungeon Con is about building a community of people who share common values and interests. Our community will not tolerate people who break our rules, or make others feel unwelcome.
Some tips for having a good time at Dungeon Con:
- Respect others’ preferred names and pronouns. Don’t get hung up on gaffs or mistakes – apologise and move on.
- Ask before taking pictures, and before borrowing or using someone else’s belongings.
- Share generously, but respect when others keep things private – including snacks!
- Recognise the intentions of others, and forgive easily when they make mistakes.
- But if you or any others feel unsafe or unwelcome, reach out to the organisers.
